Madia botanica is committed to offering you a product that meets your needs. If you think that one of the products you bought online does not meet your expectations, then, feel free to return the product. The total amount of the purchase minus the shipping costs will be credited to your account.

Only products purchased at Madia botanica can be returned for refund.

Non-returnable and non-refundable items:

• Workshop registration
