Making this soap reminds me of the time spent on my dad’s land. He had only a few acres, where he would chop a cord or two to get ready for the long cold winter to come. I remember, after a long day’s work, my clothes smelled like pine trees and gasoline. Getting ready for winter is one of the nicest traditions that my dad handed down to me. This soap will bring you right back to your roots: the forest.
Ingredients: coconut oil, sunflower seed oil, organic hemp oil*, camelina oil, shea butter, water, sodium hydroxide, beeswax, macerated cedar*, spruce resin*, new-brunswick clay* and cedar branch*.
