Delicacies: coltsfoot, thuja occidentalis, plantain, marjoram, mullein, rosehip, wild thyme.

Use: to help and stimulate the immune system.

Dosage: 1 tablespoon of the herb in a cup of boiling water. Infuse for at least 12 minutes. Enjoy very hot, sipping slowly. Sweeten to taste.
